Our high performance vertical milling machines, give us the capability for roughing and finishing at high rates of speed. With your needs in mind and the efficiencies we gain with the milling capabilities we operate; we currently run four vertical milling machines two Leadwells, a Romi D Series and a Bridgeport. All machines have numerical control capability. Working in parts of hardened steels, cast iron, aluminum alloys, titanium and other materials. Our HSC machining (High Speed Cutting) provides a high quality surface finish. Has hardware configuration and software suitable for excellent performance in complex profiles machining, with high rates of acceleration, smooth axes movements and fast block processing programs.
